Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings. You will develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to support progress across daily routines.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a large geographic footprint across MD and nearby states, and a strong path for professional development through BHCOE-accredited programs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure (or pursuing)
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to assess needs and strengths.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based ABA.
• Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring clinical consistency across sessions.
• Coach families and caregivers to implement strategies in daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards
