Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring high-quality ABA services directly into homes, schools, and community settings. The role emphasizes hands-on evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with families to promote generalization of skills in natural environments.

You will work with RBTs and clinical supervisors, travel to client locations, and contribute to a compassionate, evidence-based program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs expected.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in homes, schools, and community settings to assess and implement ABA plans.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on data.
• Supervise and train RBTs to ensure consistency across sessions.
• Coach families and caregivers to carry treatment strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA teams to improve outcomes.
