Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring evidence-based ABA into homes, schools, and communities. You will assess, plan, and supervise treatment for children with autism, traveling to cases and collaborating with a team of clinicians.

You will mentor RBTs, coach families, and contribute to BHCOE-accredited training. This role offers strong earning potential and professional development within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required or in progress.
• Experience supervising RBTs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field to ensure clinical consistency.
• Coach families and caregivers to apply strategies across daily life.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
