Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
- Be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to be eligible for BCBA exam.
- Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases.
- Update client goals and programming utilizing electronic data collection.
- Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
