Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, a BCBA-owned ABA therapy provider, seeks a field-based BCBA to bring high-quality care into home, school, and community settings. You will supervise RBTs, mentor teams, and partner with families to translate treatment into everyday life while advancing your professional development within a BHCOE-accredited framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland licensure or active pursuit of licensure at hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care in homes, schools, and community settings to support generalization and family involvement.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs, ensuring clinical consistency and quality of care.
• Coach families with education and strategies to implement treatment in daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise care standards.

Education

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA certification

Licensed in Maryland (or pursuing licensure)
