Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive sales for Genius and other solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurants, retail, and service industries. The role requires field prospecting, local networking, and delivering value-based presentations both in-person and virtually.

You will manage a growing pipeline, work with your District Manager to identify opportunities, and close deals within a short sales cycle, while maintaining accurate activity in

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably SaaS/fintech or merchant services.
• Experience in selling to small and mid-sized businesses (B2B Outside Sales preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to build relationships (in person and virtual).
• High energy, self-motivated, results driven with a team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative presentations in-person and virtually to show how Genius helps businesses streamline payments and loyalty.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
