Smith+ Nephew is seeking an Account Manager for Advanced Wound Management to drive territory growth and build partnerships with healthcare providers across acute and post-acute settings. This field-based role focuses on promoting the wound care portfolio, educating clinicians, and delivering patient-centered solutions.

You will execute strategic plans, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales within medical device, healthcare, or related field.
• Navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, translating clinical and economic value.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence customer decision-making.
• Experience managing a territory, pipeline, and sales planning process.
• High level of accountability, organization, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio for wound care needs.
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on clinical and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
