Job summary

Smith+Neu in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to drive territory growth within the Advanced Wound Management portfolio. You will partner with healthcare providers to deliver wound care solutions across acute and post‑acute settings, leading product demonstrations and clinical education to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales, preferably within medical device, healthcare, or a related field.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate clinical and economic value.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence customer decision‑making.
• Experience managing a territory, pipeline, and sales planning process.
• High level of accountability, organization, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio, addressing a wide range of wound care needs across patient populations
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on the clinical and economic value of Smith+Neu solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption within existing and new accounts
• Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to support account growth and customer satisfaction
• Deliver in‑services, product demonstrations, and educational programs to support best practices in wound care
