Job summary

Noblis and its subsidiaries deliver critical federal mission support, including telecom services for FAA programs. This role supports service-order workflows, cost estimates, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The Service Order Analyst collaborates with engineers and customers to refine communication service requirements and ensure FAA compliance, contributing to timely and accurate submissions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience managing projects.
• Masters Degree and 3 years of experience managing projects is acceptable.
• Associates degree and 8 years experience managing projects is acceptable.
• Highschool degree and 10 years of experience managing projects is acceptable.
• An understanding of telecommunications, telecommunications services and / or the FAA’s Customer Engineering Services process.
• Excellent communications and coordination skills within and across teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and know when to ask for clarification to meet expected results and deadlines.
• Salary Range: $71,800 - $112,150

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA, including cost estimates, funding memos, and task orders and other resources and artifacts required for successful implementation of an FAA Telecom services.
• Coordinate submittal of telecom services to the Requirements Change Board for review and assessment, and support documentation and filing of the assessment in the Schedule Change Board (SCB).
• Contribute to ensuring an up‑to date status in the FAA’s Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool.
• Assist Customer Programs with Architectural Review Board and new facility requests.
• Coordinate with Engineers and Primary Engineer on technical requirements and documentation.
• Track the IP Supplemental Forms (IPSF) through IPSF Peer Review Team approval.
