Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience managing projects.
• Masters Degree and 3 years of experience managing projects is acceptable
• Associates degree and 8 years experience managing projects is acceptable
• Highschool degree and 10 years of experience managing projects is acceptable
• An understanding of telecommunications, telecommunications services and / or the FAA’s Customer Engineering Services process
• Excellent communications and coordination skills within and across teams
• Ability to work autonomously and know when to ask for clarification to meet expected results and deadlines
• Salary Range: $71,800 - $112,150

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA.
• Handle cost estimates, funding memoranda, and task orders.
• Support submission to the Requirements Change Board for review.
• Assist with documentation and filing in the Schedule Change Board (SCB).
• Track IPSF forms through IPSF Peer Review Team approval.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to develop telecom service requirements.
