Noblis is seeking a Telecom Analyst / Project Lead to review FAA telecommunications solutions and architectures, defining project scope, cost estimates, scheduling, and resource tracking for successful implementation. You will coordinate with FAA operations, security, and program offices to keep major network projects on track.

The role requires expertise in IP VPNs, network security, and cross‑functional collaboration in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wide-area networking (IP VPNs), last-mile techs and services.
• Familiarity with telecommunications lifecycle management policies and practices.
• Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project management in high‑intensity environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust (US citizen or green card holder in US 3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Review telecommunications solutions and architectures for FAA systems.
• Lead project management for FAA telecom projects including scope, cost, schedule, and resources.
• Develop IP configurations, VPN setups, firewall rules, and network details for submission.
• Attend meetings with FAA and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule with minimal FAA disruption.
• Author RFPs, RFIs, and project plans to support telecommunications implementations.
