Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Service Order Analyst to support FAA telecom service orders, coordinating with engineers and customers to ensure requirements are met and documented for review.

You will manage cost estimates, funding memos, and task orders, track IPSF approvals, and help maintain up-to-date records in FAA tooling while supporting the Architecture Review Board processes and new facility requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 6–8 years of experience managing projects; Masters with 3 years acceptable.
• Associates with 8 years experience acceptable; High school with 10 years acceptable.
• Understanding of telecommunications and FAA processes.
• Excellent communications and coordination across teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines; strong documentation skills.
• Salary Range: $71,800 - $112,150.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA, including cost estimates and memos.
• Prepare task orders and resources needed for FAA telecom services.
• Coordinate submittals to the Requirements Change Board for review.
• Support documentation and filing of assessments in the Schedule Change Board.
• Maintain up-to-date status in FAA Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool.
• Assist Engineers and stakeholders to develop telecom service requirements.
