Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for FAA; prepare cost estimates and funding memos.
• Coordinate submissions to Requirements Change Board and Schedule Change Board.
• Support documentation in FAA Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool.
• Assist Engineers by interfacing with customers and validating service requests.
