Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9–11 years of project management experience.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Associates degree with 2 additional years of experience acceptable.
• High school diploma with 13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or workflow modernization.
• Experience in telecommunications or government environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation.
• Experience with change management and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change agent for process modernization with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Assess current telecom service order workflows to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Design and implement modernized processes aligned with FAA guidelines.
• Develop process maps and documentation for current and future state operations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to improve project plan templates and tools.
• Work with Engineers to optimize telecom solution review processes.
• Evaluate tools and technologies; recommend modern, collaborative solutions.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and user guides for transitions.
• Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of new processes.
