Noblis is seeking a Service Order Analyst to support FAA telecom service orders and related documentation. The role focuses on processing cost estimates, funding memos, task orders, and coordinating with engineers to ensure alignment with FAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 6–8 years of experience managing projects (Masters degree with 3 years acceptable).
• Experience with telecommunications concepts or FAA customer engineering processes is desirable.
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for FAA projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, funding memos, and task orders.
• Coordinate with Engineers and Primary Engineer for project needs.
• Track IPSF forms through IPSF Peer Review Team approval.
• Assist with customer and stakeholder interfaces to develop service requirements.
