Job summary

Noblis, Inc. is seeking a Service Order Analyst to support FAA telecom service orders, coordinating with engineers and customers to develop service requirements and ensure FAA compliance.

You will prepare cost estimates, funding memos, and task orders, while keeping documentation current in the FAA Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool and supporting board reviews. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 6-8 years of experience managing projects
• Masters degree with 3 years experience acceptable
• Associates degree with 8 years experience acceptable
• High school degree with 10 years experience acceptable
• An understanding of telecommunications, telecommunications services and / or the FAA’s Customer Engineering Services process
• Excellent communications and coordination skills within and across teams
• Ability to work autonomously and know when to ask for clarification to meet expected results and deadlines
• Salary Range: $71,800 - $112,150

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA
• Prepare cost estimates, funding memos, and task orders
• Coordinate to submit telecom services to the Requirements Change Board for review
• Support documentation and filing in the Schedule Change Board (SCB)
• Keep FAA Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool up to date
• Assist Customer Programs with Architectural Review Board and new facility requests
• Coordinate with Engineers and the Primary Engineer on projects
• Track the IPSF through IPSF Peer Review Team approvals
• Interface with customers to develop telecom service requirements and verify FAA compliance
