Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Service Order Analyst to support FAA telecom service orders, cost estimates, and funding memos from a non-technical perspective. You will coordinate with engineers and customers to ensure FAA requirements are met and track IPSF forms through peer review.

The role emphasizes autonomy, communication, and the ability to work across teams to deliver timely results for federal mission support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience managing projects.
• Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience managing projects is acceptable.
• Associates degree and 8 years experience managing projects is acceptable.
• Highschool degree and 10 years of experience managing projects is acceptable.
• An understanding of telecommunications, telecommunications services and / or the FAA’s Customer Engineering Services process.
• Excellent communications and coordination skills within and across teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and know when to ask for clarification to meet expected results and deadlines.
• Salary Range: $71,800 – $112,150

Responsibilities

• Facilitate FAA telecom service orders; prepare cost estimates and funding memos.
• Coordinate submittals to the Requirements Change Board and document assessments in the SCB.
• Support documentation and filing of assessments in the Schedule Change Board (SCB).
• Assist Engineers by coordinating with customers and stakeholders to develop service requirements.
• Track IPSF forms through approval by the IPSF Peer Review Team.
