Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience managing projects.
• Masters Degree and 3 years of experience managing projects is acceptable.
• Associates degree and 8 years experience managing projects is acceptable.
• Highschool degree and 10 years of experience managing projects is acceptable.
• An understanding of telecommunications, telecommunications services and / or the FAA’s Customer Engineering Services process.
• Excellent communications and coordination skills within and across teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and know when to ask for clarification to meet expected results and deadlines.
• Salary Range: $71,800 - $112,150

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for FAA and complete steps not requiring deep telecom engineering knowledge.
• Prepare cost estimates, funding memos, task orders and resources for FAA telecom services.
• Coordinate submittals to Requirements Change Board and document assessments in Schedule Change Board.
• Maintain up-to-date status in FAA Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool.
• Assist Customer Programs with Architectural Review Board and new facility requests.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to develop telecom service requirements.
• Verify telecom service requests meet FAA requirements.
