Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Outcomes Platform Architect to guide customers in establishing a solid technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and to design solutions that drive business outcomes.

This advisory role leads best practices in governance, data, and integrations without performing on-platform configurations, coordinating with customer and partner resources across executives, architects, and development teams.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
Federal experience required.
CTA/CMA highly preferred.
Skills: SecOps, IRM/GRC/CAM, ITOM, ITSM, Core Platform.
Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS.
Consulting experience: 3+ years in top-tier tech/consulting roles.
Experience with Fortune 500 or OEM software/cloud companies.
Ability to translate business objectives into outcome-focused roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with CSuite and business leaders to map objectives to outcomes.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture to produce architectural blueprints.
Position ServiceNow as the system of action for digital transformation roadmaps.
Advise on technical governance domains and processes.
Guide remediation of configurations to align with leading practices.
Contribute thought leadership on advisory methodologies.
Define platform solutions aligned to delivered capabilities.
