Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale platform architecture initiatives in complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels, influencing executive stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the ServiceNow platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise IT and business goals.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, design standards, and technical guidelines for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams and delivery partners toward a unified technical vision.
• Provide architectural direction to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with platform standards.
• Drive governance forums, engineeering reviews, and platform operating models across multiple programs.
