Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking an experienced Platform Architect (PA) to serve as a trusted architectural advisor for customers, ensuring max value from their ServiceNow investments. The role focuses on guiding customers in sequencing capabilities to align with business outcomes, delivering rapid value, and maintaining long-term platform health and scalability.

This advisory role emphasizes shaping platform strategy rather than direct implementation, requiring strong communication with executives

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in IT architecture or platform architecture.
• Deep ServiceNow platform knowledge including CMDB/CSDM and lifecycle management.
• Required: CSA, CAD, CIS (at least one) certifications; Expected: CTA or ArchX; AI certs listed.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer objectives into a coherent platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead governance discussions to maintain platform health and upgradeability.
• Identify, track, and mitigate architectural and platform risks.
• Engage stakeholders from technical teams to executives; run reviews and workshops.
• Demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities and guide customers in leveraging platform features.
• Advise on integrating AI capabilities into the ServiceNow platform and business outcomes.
