Job summary

QXO is seeking early-career professionals for the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year accelerated track in Outside Sales. Participants lead territory initiatives, manage customer relationships, and apply independent judgment to drive revenue growth.

You will join a high-performing cohort, gain access to an enterprise leadership network, and contribute to regional initiatives that support QXO’s commercial priorities while preparing you for leadership roles in sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or candidate with 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Strong communicator with customer relationship experience.
• Willing to travel regionally and relocate for rotations and roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, including strategy development, opportunity identification, and customer engagement to accelerate revenue.
• Drive operational and commercial performance by partnering with key functions and analyzing data.
• Own strategic workstreams, synthesize market insights, and propose data-informed solutions to optimize processes and customer experience.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts by building a pipeline, shaping pricing, and executing deals with autonomy.
