Participants will lead initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships, operations, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset are essential.
• Willingness to travel regionally and relocate for rotations/leadership roles.
• Experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, including strategy development and customer engagement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve operational and commercial performance.
• Own strategic workstreams with data-informed solutions impacting sales and customer experience.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts with pipeline forecasting and pricing input.
• Advance leadership competencies through coaching to prepare for Outside Sales roles.
