Qualifications

College degree or candidate pursuing a degree with 1–2 years of industry experience.
Strong communication skills and customer-relations mindset.
Willingness to travel within region and relocate/rotate for leadership positions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end territory management and drive revenue growth.
Own sales pipeline and forecasting for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes.
Participate in leadership development activities and rotate into Outside Sales roles.
Travel within region as required.
