QXO is seeking high-potential graduates for its Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year accelerated track preparing the next generation of Outside Sales leaders. You will lead initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Participants join a performance-driven cohort, access enterprise leadership networks, and receive coaching to develop strategic skills for regional roles and future sales management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management and prioritize prospects.
• Drive revenue growth by engaging customers and shaping solutions.
• Collaborate across functions to improve branch profitability.
• Own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts or territory segments.
• Participate in leadership coaching and prepare for Outside Sales roles.
