QXO is seeking ambitious recent graduates for its Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year accelerated sales track. You will lead initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships, operations, and revenue growth.

You'll join a high-performing cohort, gain access to an enterprise leadership network, and be prepared for Outside Sales roles after completion. Travel within your region is supported in this field-based program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or near‑graduate with 1–2 years in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel regionally and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management and customer engagement.
• Forecast pipeline, pricing, and product mix recommendations.
• Collaborate across functions to improve branch profitability.
• Prepare for Outside Sales roles with coaching and leadership development.
