QXO is seeking early-career professionals for the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year accelerated leadership track in sales. You will lead business-critical initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and apply independent judgment to influence customer relationships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing one in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of industry experience preferred for early-career progression.
• Willingness to travel regionally and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory management including strategy, Prospecting and customer engagement.
• Partner across functions to drive operational and commercial improvements.
• Own strategic workstreams evaluating market insights to optimize processes.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts with autonomy.
• Participate in leadership development and coaching for future sales management.
