Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to customers and insurance partners. The CSR will handle administrative support for the Repair Facility Team and manage workflows to keep repairs moving.

You will schedule repairs, retrieve authorizations, document communications, manage rental logistics with ARMS and CCC One, and contribute to a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Experience in auto body environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update rental information and ARMS entries; ensure CCC One and ARMS alignment.
