Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience within our repair facility team.

You will manage customer and insurer relationships, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate repair workflow using CCC One and ARMS systems. This role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED required and bilingual communication preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklists, work orders, parts lists, windshield tags.
• Record all communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Update rental information in CCC One and manage ARMS entries.
