Proficiency with CCC One and ARMS is required to ensure accurate records and smooth communications.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar admin or customer service environment; automotive background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in auto body environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Demand Planner.
• Manage insurance assignments and repair authorizations.
• Prepare repair orders and documentation for repairs.
• Record communications with customers and insurers in CCC One.
