Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-volume auto repair environment. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while providing comprehensive administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Key duties include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorization, and maintaining detailed CCC One and ARMS records to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Familiarity with general office equipment and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner with proper scripting.
• Obtain repair authorizations and document communications with customers and insurers.
• Prepare repair orders with QC checklist, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm and update rental information and ARMS notes in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
