Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers during vehicle repairs. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance companies and provide essential administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs with CCC One, obtaining insurance authorizations, preparing RO work packets, recording communications, updating rental details, and coordinating with ARMS throughout

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan to ensure consistent service.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and proper scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list, windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
