Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a CSR to deliver exceptional customer service and manage administrative tasks for the Repair Facility Team. The role involves coordinating with customers and insurance providers and handling documentation throughout the repair process.

You will schedule repairs, verify insurance authorizations, prepare RO work packets and record communications in CCC One while coordinating with ARMS and rental info as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar role such as administrative assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment including customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day and ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
