Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Tallahassee is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks. You will manage scheduling, insurance authorizations, and rental coordination while maintaining accurate records in CCC One.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and multitasking skills, and at least 1 year in a similar admin/customer service role, ideally in auto body

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list, windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with vehicle rental usage.
• Monitor ARMS to ensure entries are synchronized with CCC One.
