Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a CSR to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing all administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs, retrieve insurance authorizations, and coordinate rental information, ensuring accurate records in CCC One and ARMS throughout the day. A fast-paced environment requires attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (administrative).
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments with CCC One using proper scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
