Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a detail‑oriented CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast paced environment. You will manage communications with customers and insurance companies, and provide essential administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, retrieving insurance authorizations, and coordinating rental and ARMS data while maintaining accurate CCC One records. Prior experience in auto collision administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in an auto body or related environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and the scheduling system with proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments promptly and obtain repair authorization documents for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, work orders, parts lists and vehicle indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners using CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect vehicles in CCC One accurately.
