Job summary

WME Group is seeking a Billing/Post Production Assistant to support fashion photography agents and producers in the overall production process. You will handle billing tasks, invoicing, expense processing through Concur, vendor setup, and regular accounting overviews for artists, while also managing post production budgets and vendor bookings with the client.

The role requires 2+ years of administrative/billing experience, strong MS Office/CRM skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative and billing experience.
• Highly developed administrative skills in a fast-paced environment are a plus.
• Must be organized to oversee numerous coinciding projects.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, CRM systems and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Billing responsibilities include advance and final invoicing, reconciling production wraps, processing expenses through Concur, credit card coding, submitting and processing vendor invoices, handling new vendor setups, tracking payments, and providing regular accounting overviews for artists.
• Post production responsibilities include being the point person between the artist and the client, creating and managing post production budgets, negotiating expenses, booking vendors, managing calendars, meeting deadlines, and calling in final artwork.
