The position emphasizes invoicing, expense processing, vendor management, calendar coordination, and budgeting for post production, while maintaining professional client interactions with artists and partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative and billing experience.
• Highly developed administrative skills in comparable field is a plus.
• Must be organized in overseeing numerous coinciding projects.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, CRM systems and ability to learn new systems
• Professional communication skills to interface with clients and artists
• Specialized knowledge of the fashion and advertising market
• Interest in contemporary photography, fashion, pop culture and publishing

Responsibilities

• Support fashion photography agents and producers in the production process.
• Handle billing tasks: invoicing, expense processing, vendor invoices, and accounts payable.
• Serve as the post-production point person between artist and client, manage budgets and calendars.
• Negotiate expenses and book vendors to meet deadlines.
