SCI Corp is seeking a Sales Professional to serve client families by arranging at-need and pre-need cemetery plans. The role emphasizes building trust with families, lead generation, and collaboration with funeral directors.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, presenting solutions, and ensuring satisfaction through timely follow-up and referrals. Evening/weekend availability may be required as part of service to families.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service or sales experience (1-2 years preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record; insurance license if required by state law.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation: prospect 1-2 hours daily and obtain referrals.
• Build relationships with families through attentive communication and follow-up.
• Represent the team and coordinate with funeral directors and cemetery staff for seamless service.
• Prepare for appointments and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
