SCI Corp is seeking a Sales Professional to serve families by arranging cemetery services and selling pre-need plans. You will generate leads, build trusted relationships with families, and collaborate with funeral directors to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and a focus on revenue growth through personalized guidance and solutions tailored to each family’s needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if required by state law.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Up to 12 hours workdays when needed.
• Empathy and respect in interactions with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect for 1-2 hours daily and obtain referrals.
• Build relationships with families and provide personalized service.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Explain and present pre-need and at-need cemetery solutions to families.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and team members for seamless service.
