SCI is seeking a Family Service Counselor in Englewood, FL to assist client families with cemetery arrangements and pre-need plans. You will generate leads, respond to inquiries with empathy, and build lasting relationships to protect families through proactive planning.

Key duties include prospecting, referrals, and collaborating with funeral staff. A strong service mindset, sales experience, and ability to work evenings/weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and some college experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales background with empathetic approach.
• Ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for leads and generate referrals to grow the client base.
• Build trusted relationships with families and provide courteous service.
• Explain benefits of pre-planning and educate families on options.
• Coordinate with funeral home staff to ensure seamless service.
