Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if required by state.
• Able to work evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads a minimum of 1-2 hours daily.
• Present to families and obtain referrals.
• Respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain activity and follow up on client needs and problems.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
