Job summary

Pearson is seeking a dedicated individual to provide premier faculty support to educators, answering inquiries and guiding Pearson courseware use. The role includes coaching support associates, handling escalations, and ensuring top adoptions stay engaged with proactive outreach.

You will also manage course builds and deliver instructor onboarding sessions. Strong leadership, time management, and a collaborative spirit are essential, with flexibility for peak periods and some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of tech-enabled faculty onboarding experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Curiosity, problem solving, analytical thinking, and creativity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level faculty support to Pearson educators.
• Answer inquiries and coach Faculty Support Associates.
• Manage escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively monitor top adoptions and assist at-risk ones.
• Lead course builds and guidance for high-service accounts.
• Conduct instructor onboarding sessions and develop teamwork.
