Job summary

Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support Lead to join a team delivering the highest level of classroom and courseware support to Pearson educators. You will guide the Faculty Support Associates, manage escalations, and ensure top adoptions receive proactive outreach and expert guidance.

This role involves coordinating course builds, running instructor onboarding sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and professional in all audiences.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide faculty support for Pearson courseware and its functionality.
• Coach Faculty Support Associates and handle escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and support at-risk adoptions.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and assist with course builds as needed.
