Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Support Specialist to join a team delivering top-tier faculty onboarding and ongoing support for Pearson courseware and its features.

You will coach Faculty Support Associates, manage escalations, participate in course builds, and lead instructor onboarding sessions, with strong emphasis on leadership, time management and clear communication during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to varied audiences.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and ability to explore alternative solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational technology and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty onboarding and setup with technology; coach associates.
• Handle escalations requiring expert guidance and participate in special adoptions.
• Lead course builds and provide guidance for high service level accounts.
• Run instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adapt to peak volumes, including some weekends.
