Job summary

Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support leader to empower educators and ensure exceptional service. You will answer inquiries, coach colleagues, and escalate issues when expert guidance is required. You will help drive adoption success and support with course builds and instructor onboarding.

The role emphasizes leadership, time management, resourcefulness, and effective communication within a team and with cross-functional partners. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Ability to lead, coach, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier faculty support to Pearson educators and answer inquiries.
• Coach Faculty Support Associates and handle escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and assist at-risk adoptions.
• Manage course builds and provide guidance for accounts needing higher service level.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain reliable attendance, time management, and flexible coverage during peak periods.
