Job summary

Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support Lead to join a team delivering top-tier support to educators using Pearson courseware. You will coach the Faculty Support Associates, manage escalations, and ensure high service levels for key adoptions.

You will proactively check in with top adoptions, support at-risk accounts, and run instructor onboarding sessions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to break down complex messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational technology and ability to stay current with new tools.
• Willingness to learn and share new skills with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level faculty support to Pearson educators, answering inquiries and building understanding of Pearson courseware and its functionality.
• Coach Faculty Support Associates and handle escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and engage with at-risk adoptions needing added support.
• Manage course builds and provide guidance for accounts requiring higher service levels.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve faculty needs quickly.
