Zusammenfassung

Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support Lead to provide top-tier assistance to educators, coaching the support associates, and managing escalations with expert guidance. You will proactively engage with high-need adoptions and assist with course builds and instructor onboarding sessions, requiring leadership and strong communication.

Hours are 8AM-8PM EST, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend coverage during peak periods. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to break down complex messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-deadline capabilities.

• Lead and support faculty onboarding sessions and coaching for Pearson educators.
• Handle escalations requiring expert help and guide accounts with higher service levels.
• Build courses and provide guidance for accounts with critical adoption needs.
