Pearson is seeking a Faculty Support Specialist to join a team delivering top-tier faculty onboarding and support for Pearson courseware. You will coach Faculty Support Associates, handle escalations, assist with adoptions, and lead instructor onboarding sessions while coordinating cross-functional work.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in faculty onboarding with technology, strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years in supporting faculty onboarding/set up with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to break down complex messages for diverse audiences.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are important.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities; able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams; demonstrate leadership and accountability.
• Flexible scheduling and occasional travel during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level faculty support to Pearson educators and inquiries.
• Coach Faculty Support Associates and manage escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and assist at-risk adoptions.
• Lead course builds and provide guidance for accounts with higher service levels.
• Conduct instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate cross-team collaboration.
