City Wide Facility Solutions in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee client relationships, service strategy, and contractor management. You will negotiate contracts, staff properly, and drive quality and satisfaction across multiple sites.

The role requires 3–5+ years in sales/management within facility services, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and strong communication. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM is expected; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments.
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage service strategy and schedule for each client.
• Negotiate agreements for additional services and determine pricing and staffing.
• Oversee contractors, hiring, pricing, and contract terms.
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction through inspections.
